How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
As soon as possible. This will insure the right time/date and bouncer/slide theme for your party. It is not unusual for Party Time Events to book weeks and even months in advance.

Do you set up in parks?
Yes. As long as the county parks and recreation department allows us to do so, and there is an ample power source.

What ages are appropriate for the equipment?
Our Moonwalks are appropriate for ages 2 to adult.

How many children can fit in the moonwalks?
This depends on the age of the children who will be using the Moonwalk. On average, the 15X15 Moonwalk can hold 4 to 12 children at once.

How much space is needed and what kind of power is required?
Approximately an 18 ' by 20 ' area for most bouncers or less will be sufficient, with an overhead clearance of 19'. So of the large units will require a large area. The area should be free of dirt, rocks, sand and ground sprinkler systems should be shut off and not protruding. The unit should be within 75' of a power outlet. Please specify where the unit will be setup so we can provide the appropriate anchors.

Can you set up on my driveway?
Yes. We do prefer to set up in a grassy area since it is easier to secure the unit. However, we are able to set up on driveways, parking lots, etc.

Can you set up indoors?
Yes as long as the ceiling heights are appropriate.

Who will setup and take down the equipment?
A trained Party Time Events attendant will deliver, setup and meet with the party host in person 30 minutes before the rental time begins. You do not pay for setup or delivery within the Mecklenburg County area.

What if it rains or is windy?
With safety in mind, Party Time Events reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to inclement weather, as does the renter. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be held towards the next scheduled rental.

Can I keep the equipment overnight?
Unfortunately, we are unable to leave our equipment out overnight due to the risk of vandalism and theft.

Are bounce houses & slides safe?
Absolutely, Party Time Events bouncer & Slides are constructed with safety in mind. All of our units have the child safety ramp for safe entry and exit as well as mesh netting for easy viewing inside. A responsible adult must be "assigned" to supervise and insure all children adhere to the recommended rules and guidelines.
