Submit a quote request through the website, or give us a call. Accept your offer and pay the advance amount.

Depending on your needs and specifications, you can pick up the order at the date and time we agreed, or have it delivered and set up for you at a location of your choice.

One or two days after the event, depending on your specifications, you can return the items to our warehouse or have the Charlotte Party Rentals setup team take the rentals down, and return them to the warehouse.
We are doing our best to come up with a personalized solution for your event needs even when you cannot find an item in our inventory. Depending on your order size and specifications, we may be able to provide you with additional rental inventory that is not normally included in our offer. Just call us to talk more about your event needs and see if we can find a solution for you.
Yes, we offer a variety of linens, including tablecloths, napkins, runners, and chair covers, in various colors and fabrics to complement your event decor. Please let us know your specifications, and we will do our best to honor your order even if an item is not currently in our inventory.
It depends on the kind of event you organize and how much space for food, beverages, and decor you want to add; for more formal events we suggest you leave more room for the guests, meaning you will be seating fewer people at the table, as opposed to more informal gatherings, where the same table can accommodate up to 1-2 more people. Round tables create a more communal feeling, as guests can talk and see each other regardless of where they are seated on the table. Rectangular tables, however, can be pushed one next to the other and are better for settings where space is limited, while still allowing for conversation with the neighbors.
