Depending on your needs and specifications, you can pick up the order at the date and time we agreed, or have it delivered and set up for you at a location of your choice.

One or two days after the event, depending on your specifications, you can return the items to our warehouse or have the Charlotte Party Rentals setup team take the rentals down, and return them to the warehouse.

Each trailer can accommodate up to 150 people for a duration of 4 to 5 hours.
The rental fee includes setup and delivery within 20 miles (for distances larger than 20 miles, Charlotte Party Rentals charges a travel fee based on distance), and one pumping of the trailer. If you host a multiple-day event, our team needs to set a pumping schedule with you.
Yes, for the restroom trailer to work, our team needs to have access to a hose hookup within 100ft of the trailer.
Yes, restroom trailers need a power source with one dedicated 20-amp outlet within 75’ of the trailer. If there is no power onsite, Charlotte Party Rentals can supply a generator for your power, to be added to your rental order.
