Yes, Charlotte Party Rentals offers free delivery, setup, and take down for certain rental packages and under specific conditions: 

 

Free delivery, setup, and take down for:

  • Basic Tent Package: This package includes a CPR tent, tables (without linens/covers), and chairs.
  • A La Carte Tent Rentals: The tent itself is included in the delivery and setup, but additional items requiring setup will incur additional charges.

 

To qualify for free services:

  • Your order must meet the minimum order amount.
  • Your event location must be within 20 miles of our warehouse (724 Montana Dr, Ste J Charlotte NC 28216).

 

For orders outside these conditions, delivery fees and additional setup charges may apply.

To guarantee your desired rental equipment, we highly recommend reserving as soon as possible. Popular items and peak seasons (weekends, holidays) book up quickly.

However, if you’re in a pinch, don’t hesitate to call us. We’ll do our best to accommodate your last-minute needs based on availability.

Please note:

  • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit.
  • To be confident about securing your chosen equipment, especially for weekends or events, plan to reserve at least 2-4 weeks in advance.

Yes, we currently require a minimum order of $850 in order to be able to deliver your rental items for free. 

However, under certain circumstances, we may be able to accommodate free delivery on orders slightly below this amount. 

These exceptions depend on:

  • Location: Orders closer to our warehouse (724 Montana Dr, Ste J Charlotte NC 28216) have more flexibility.
  • Delivery and pickup schedule: Flexible scheduling requests can help us accommodate smaller orders.
  • Events volume: If we have fewer bookings during your chosen week, we may be able to waive the minimum order amount.

Payment Options and Information:

Deposits:

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all reservations, payable by debit or credit card.
  • This deposit secures your chosen equipment and rental date.

 

Full Payment:

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before your event date.
  • Payment methods accepted: debit or credit card.

 

Notes:

  • Personal checks are not accepted.
  • For companies, churches, schools, and other organizations, please contact us directly for specific payment options.

Onsite Hours and Delivery:

 

Delivery & Pickup: Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

 

To ensure your event runs smoothly, we can generally set up tents 3-4 days before your event start date.

As most events happen on weekends, deliveries are typically made Wednesdays to Fridays, depending on order volume.

 

Special Requests:

  • We are happy to accommodate specific delivery and pickup schedules whenever possible. Please inform our event consultants of any time constraints as soon as possible. 
  • Important: Please note that additional fees may apply for time-specific requests.
