Depending on your needs and specifications, you can pick up the order at the date and time we agreed, or have it delivered and set up for you at a location of your choice.

One or two days after the event, depending on your specifications, you can return the items to our warehouse or have the Charlotte Party Rentals setup team take the rentals down, and return them to the warehouse.

We also offer full-service delivery, setup, and takedown within a 20-mile radius, with the option for further reach on a case-by-case basis.
